URE Club brought together leading experts and top retailers for an expert press conference  «Incomplete construction in Kyiv: causes and the elimination of consequences». Participants discussed the causes and possible ways of solving the problem. Experts recognized the imperfection of judicial power as the main reason of emergence and growth of incomplete construction.
