May 31, URE Club hosted one of the largest Forum and Awards for key players of commercial real estate market.
FORUM
URE Club is holding the annual retail real estate Forum for the eighth time in a row. During that time, the market experienced different periods: from rapid growth, which was accompanied by the launch of new large-scale projects, to a deep crisis, followed by the freezing of most of the facilities. Today, the real estate market is gradually recovering: the construction of a shopping and entertainment centers is resuming, Ukrainian developers are increasingly declaring themselves, international retailers are entering the country’s market, investment interest is growing.
Shopping Centers Forum is an effective platform for communication & cooperation which is aimed to connect major Ukrainian retail real estate owners, developers and agents as well as retailers, bankers, architects and service providers doing business in Ukraine, CIS, and CEE region for one day of efficient deal-making.

AWARDS
The Shopping Centers Awards 2018 by URE Club will determine the best shopping and entertainment centers in 20 nominations, and will also become an effective networking site for leading industry companies in Ukraine and from abroad. Participation of developer companies in Shopping Centers Participation in the Shopping Centers Awards 2018 is a good opportunity to demonstrate key advantages of your shopping center and be evaluated by the international professional jury, leading retailers and focus groups of visitors.
The Awards will be handed in 13 nominations on the results of integrated independent evaluation.
