The domestic real estate market is not lacking in professional organizations, so a couple of years ago, in the midst of crisis, the idea of a new professional association - Ukrainian Real Estate Club - caused on the market at least skeptical reviewers. Two years have passed. Today URE Club is considered as one of the most popular and influential associations in the real estate market of Ukraine. During the 2010 Ukrainian Real Estate Club held 14 events in Ukraine and abroad, which brought together CEOs of more than 400 domestic and foreign real estate development, consulting, legal, investment and financial companies.
According to Sergei Gaydaychuk, President of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club: «Today we are developing in accordance to the initial plan. We managed to create a platform of the Club - that is to attract the necessary number of companies on the market. Regular meetings of the Club gained fame and popularity among the business community. On the basis of the Club was established Legal Committee, which included lawyers and developers. Last year we also launched a new project of the Club - international business tours».
In 2011, the Ukrainian Real Estate Club is increasing its activity on Ukrainian real estate market. Chosen direction of development in the first place, would affect both the number of events every year and their format. Commented Tatyana Kolchanova, Managing Director of Ukrainian Real Estate Club: «In 2011, the URE Club plans to hold about 20 events in Ukraine and abroad. In the plans of the Club - the organization of international business tours to Europe, Asia and East for visiting real estate markets of these regions to attract foreign investors. In addition, we have serious intentions to develop our lobby direction, which aims to defend the interests of market players at the legislative level. Also in 2011, Club is going to launch new projects».
Today, Ukrainian Real Estate Club brings together over 100 representatives of companies from the real estate market of Ukraine. URE Club's mission is to promote business development of members and partners of Ukrainian Real Estate Club, providing unique opportunities and support in establishing long term business relationships in Ukraine and abroad in the international markets of the real estate and investments.
