On August 17th at the restaurant Grandal was held business breakfast with leading law companies of Ukraine - DLA Piper, KPD Consulting, Salans. The topic of event was namely, regulation of the real estate market: current legal issues. Business breakfast gathered around the table representatives of more than 20 member companies of the Club, as well as representatives of leading corporate media: LIGA, Legal Newspaper, Law and Business, Judicial and legal practice.
Business breakfast was moderated by Vladislav Kysil, partner at the KPD Consulting, a member of the Organizing Committee of the UREClub.
Representatives of the leading law companies Angelica Shtukaturova, Salans; Vladislav Kysil, KPD Consulting; Natalia Kochergina, DLA Piper, highlighted issues relating to changes in the legislation governing the real estate market of Ukraine:
• Changes in land legislation.
• Rules of the simultaneous alienation of land from the property.
• Problems of state registration of rights to property.
• Future legislation: urban development and tax codes.
As part of the business-lunch participants of Ukrainian Real Estate Club also present concept of the Legal Committee of the UREClub, which work will be aimed at creating a transparent legal environment conducive to the development of the property market in Ukraine. «In response to the initiative of members UREClub, as part of the Club Committee has been established on the right, which will begin its active work in September 2010. The basic premise of the establishment of the Committee - is a desire qualified to represent the interests of the market, and the need to change the domestic legal framework for the better. We are very pleased that the Committee's work today joined companies such as DLA Piper and Salans. According to the results of meetings of the Committee, which will be held monthly, will work actively with legislative and executive branches of lobbying the real estate market», - said Vladislav Kysil, partner at KPD Consulting, a member of the Organizing Committee of the UREClub.
The main tasks of the Committee are:
• Systematic work aimed at improving the legislation regulating the property market in Ukraine.
• Facilitation of the members of the Club in resolving the legal and regulatory issues related to the activities of the Club.
The participants of UREClub Committee composed of leading experts in the field of law, representing law companies - partners and members of the Club. In addition to legal experts in the Committee of the UREClub involved all stakeholders from member companies of the Club.
