November 23rd there was a ceremony of awarding the EE Real Estate Project Awards winners held by URE Club and Europaproperty.com. Winners were defined in three categories among which are Company Awards, Project Awards and Personality of the Year.
Professional Awards 2017
According to the EE Real Estate Project Awards 2017 developer of the year in residential real estate is Intergal-Bud (Ukraine), in commercial real estate is Immochan Ukraine. Special award of excellence were given by the organizers to the DIM GROUP company (Ukraine). Among other winners are A-100 Development (Belarus) as Developer of the Year in Belarus, Lisi Development (Georgia) as Developer of the year in Georgia, Astana Property Management (Kazakhstan) as Developer of the Year in Kazakhstan.
The best brokerage company in 2017 is Cushman & Wakefield Ukraine. The best management companies are CBRE Ukraine and Global Development (Kazakhstan). Rustler Property Services received Award of Excellence in the nomination "Property Management Company".
The winner in the category "Project management company of the year" is KAN Development. Law company of the year is INTEGRITES (Ukraine). The consulting companies of the year are UTG (Ukraine) and Colliers International Georgia. Award of Excellence in the nomination "Consulting company" was given to JLL Ukraine. The best architectural company is AVG. Retailer of the year - Watsons Ukraine.
AccorHotels Group received a special award in the nomination "Market entry of the year". The most client friendly company is White Chocolate ("Belyi Shokolad").

Creative exterior design of the year – Villaggo Cottage Complex (Kyiv region, Ukraine).
Sales performance excellence – Green Yard (Tbilisi, Georgia).

Park hotel of the year – Lesnaya Gavan (Belarus).
Cottage concept of the year – Alicante (Kyrgyzstan).
According to the results of the voting by the attendees of the Eastern Europe Real Estate Forum, personality of the year in the real estate market in 2017 is the founder and director of the consulting company Urban Experts and NAI Ukraine Vitaliy Boyko.
EE Real Estate Project Awards is held for the third year in a row. In 2017, companies and projects from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Ukraine participated in the Award. The winners were determined by the members of international jury which included more than 40 experts from the different segments of the real estate market. Winners in the "Companies" category were determined by a special scoring system. Personality of the year was chosen by the participants of the forum, which was also held on November 23.
"In 2017, we noted a significant increase in interest and attention to the Award, - says Anna Nestulia, CEO at URE Club. - We received a record number of applications, namely more than 200 applicants in all nominations. At the same time, the approach to participating became more responsible which positively affected the preparation and submission of nominees. We are glad to see the EE Real Estate Award becoming a really important event and key benchmark for real estate market players."
