URE Club and EuropaProperty.com are pleased to announce the semi-final results of the EE Real Estate Forum & Project Awards 2017 in two categories: "Professional Awards" and "Project Awards". The most significant players and projects of region’s real estate markets, namely from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Ukraine have been included to the shortlist.
International EE Awards and Forum are being held for the third year in a row, gathering experts of real estate market such as developers, bankers, investors, governmental structures as well as business leaders on the same platform. The third EE Real Estate Forum & Project Awards 2017 will be held on November 23 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel, Kiev.
This year the Award includes 21 nominations in 2 categories: for projects and professional awards for companies. Moreover, the forum participants vote for Personality of the Year in the real estate market.
“In 2017, we noted a significant increase in interest and attention to the Award, - says Anna Nestulia, CEO at URE Club. - We received a record number of applications, namely more than 200 applicants in all nominations. At the same time, the approach to participants became more responsible which positively affected the preparation and submission of nominees. To increase the chances of success companies submitted a large number of additional project materials, recommendations and testimonials from partners. We are glad to see the EE Real Estate Award becoming a really important event and key benchmark for market players.
This year, to increase the level of objectivity the organizing committee added points for the completeness of the application, important and critically important criterion for each specific nomination. There were included points for additional materials provided: recommendations, certificates, credentials and feedback from clients and partners.
