New opportunities in the framework of REAL VIENNA 2011

It is not a secret that in Ukraine there is still no exhibition platform, participation in which would be an effective for developers. There are a number of large professionally organized specialized exhibitions in Ukraine that focused mainly on construction companies. But the purpose of the developer is to attract investments. Is there such a possibility in the framework of Ukrainian construction exhibitions? The answer probably is no. Therefore, for many years, major local developers are involved in international real estate exhibitions, organized in Europe.

Today, one of the most attractive exhibitions is a REAL VIENNA, which will be held on May 24-25 in Vienna, Austria. Primarily, the interest of the Ukrainian real estate market players is that it is an international exhibition of real estate and investments in Central and Eastern Europe. Even in 2010, despite the crisis, REAL VIENNA successfully operated, as evidenced by the statistics of event: 220 world class exhibitors from 20 countries, 6,822 of the leading specialists in the field of real estate from 26 countries, 14 000 sq.m. of exhibition area, more than 45 Property Talks on three thematic podiums, with the participation of more than 200 industry professionals.

In the framework of branch event as REAL VIENNA 2011 Ukrainian Real Estate Club organizes a business tour to visit the exhibition, meet with leading Austrian development and investment companies, visit the most iconic and exciting real estate projects and objects in Vienna, visit of projects where is used energy-saving technologies in the construction, as well as the so-called «Green» projects.
