On September 14th during UREC Hospitality Forum passed a landmark event for the real estate market of Ukraine - presentation of entering the Ukrainian market of an international consulting company GFive Development (Portugal).
The company that offers a wide range of consulting services in real estate was represented by CEO at GFive Development Mabilio de Albuquerque (Mabilio de Albuquerque), Director of Retail Department, Miguel Lopez (Miguel Lopes) and Managing Director of Ukrainian office Vladimir Bandura. Also at the press conference dedicated to the entrance of GFive Development to Ukrainian market with a farewell speech appeared ambassador of the Republic of Portugal, Mr. Mario Jesus dos Santos.
According to GFive Development, Ukraine has been chosen by them because of the high potential in the development of professional commercial and residential real estate, and not only in Kiev but also in the regions.
"We have been studying the local market since 2007, and we can confidently say that with all the opportunities that exist in the country, the real estate market in Ukraine is still not enough professionally designed and embodied in the life projects. Some successful formats in general are not present on the market at all. In particular, we are talking about the development of retail, such as retail parks and outlet centers. However, many financial institutions of the country are absolutely open for cooperation in this sphere", - said in his speech CEO at GFive Development Mabilio de Albuquerque.
In addition, among the positive aspects of the market of Ukraine were named stabilization of economic and political situation in the country.

Speaking at the press conference dedicated to the entrance of GFive Development to Ukrainian market, Ambassador of Portugal Mario Santos said that his Government fully supports these initiatives and understands their responsibility in their development. The diplomat also expressed his confidence in the success of all undertakings of consulting company, which will open the way to Ukraine and other Portuguese businessmen and investors, which will only strength the economic ties between two countries.
