Based on the results of the audit, the rating of the best sales centers of residential complexes in Kyiv and the region in each of the three segments was compiled: economy, comfort and business, as well as a general report on the quality and problems in the work of sales departments.

Experts in the field of marketing and sales gave master-classes for the guests of the event:
- Business coach Igor Stepanov described how to create interesting concepts on the example of real cases.
- Oksana Likhozhon, Chief Communications Officer in SODA, revealed the peculiarities of communications in social media for developers.
- Business coach Lyudmila Kalabukha conducted a master class on sales and told how to turn clients’ "no" into "yes" when selling real estate. Lyudmila discussed the stages of selling process with the audience and dwelled on the proprietary technology of objection handling.
- Iegor Lisnychyi, a CRM systems specialist in Audit of Sales, told the guests how to avoid errors when working with CRM systems.
