Audit of Sales and URE Club carried on a large-scale research of sales departments' service quality. More than 50 residential complexes in Kyiv and Kyiv region took part in the project.
As a result of the audit the rating of top sales departments were launcnhed in 3 segments namely economy class, comfort class and business class of Kyiv and Kyiv oblast, as well as official report on major strenghts and weakneses in the work of sale departments.
Audit is based on the following criterion
Results of the audit were presented June 1st, 2016 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel.

Companies which ordered an audit services of their sale department or sale department of their rivals will get detailed report and expert recommendations on what should be fixed and improved in the selling process of the departments to boost sales.

ABOUT SPEAKERS
Managing partner of the Swedish project for owners of growing companies Develop Your Business (DYB). Since 2007 he has been explored Ukrainian business in the framework of DYB project (Swedish Institute of Management IFL Enterpreneur). During this period he was a member of the Board of Management and was a consultant in strategic marketing in various Ukrainian and international companies. Candidate of economic sciences (Theme – irrational customer behavior), Guest-speaker in Hanken & SSE (Finland), Edinburgh Business School, IFL Russia, IPM (Minsk), kmbs, LvBS.
Oles has a many-years’ experience and a successful practice in sales during past 13 years. Oles carried on at least 40 successful audits of sales. He used to work with well-known Ukrainian companies such as Rud, Alfa Strakhovanie, Nasha Ryaba, Zernovita, Polimin, Zolotoy Vek. Author professional books among which are 300 Sellers (2012), Audit of Sales (2013) and Audit of Sales-Restart (2014).

Price for audit for one residential complex – 3 500 UAH
Participation in the event - 3500 UAH for one person.
