On April 7 Ukrainian real estate club will hold the meeting in the framework of URE Club Legal Committee.

Agenda:

1. The new draft Law of Ukraine "On protection of rights of investors in housing construction and settlement of liabilities in respect of long-term construction".

2. Adopted the draft Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on improving the level of corporate governance in joint-stock companies" regarding the introduction of the escrow mechanism for banks.

3. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 28, 2016 № 1065 "On approval of requirements for the quality control of works on new construction, reconstruction and repair of public roads": the issues of road construction and FIDIC.
