Best objects of 2013 in residential, hotel, retail and office segments were announced on February 14th in Kiev Golf Center. In addition, expert jury and real estate players determined Best Consulting Company, Projects of the year and Developer of the year. Besides URE Club awarded the Innovator of the year.
The best objects in different segments of the real estate market as well as project of the year were determined in the course of the voting on February 14th in the Award Ceremony. Among the criteria the jury followed was quality of the objects (design and façade), their integrity as well as application of the innovative technologies. It is important to note that the auditor and organizing partner of the award was expert company Ernst&Young.
Winners of the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013:
«Best shopping mall» — ÒÐÖ «Frantsuzkiy Bulvar», Kharkov
«Best hotel» — 5* «Krymskiy Briz», Crimea, Yalta
«Best residential complex» («economy class») —«Comfort Town» (3 phase), Kiev
«Best residential complex» («business class») — Villa No1, Kiev
«Best residential complex» («premium class») — PecherSKY Luxury Apartments, Kiev
«Best business center» (B class) — SP Hall, Kiev
«Project of the year» — ÒÐÖ Forum Lviv, Lvov
Developer of the year and best consulting company were chosen in the course of the annual summit the UREC Real Estate Summit 2013 on December 10th, 2013 by the guests of the event – executives of the real estate companies of Ukraine. The winner of the first nomination was determined right the first time while to determine best consulting company required 2 stages as participants of the summit couldn’t choose the absolute leader. So, the jury members of the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013 made the final decision.

Besides main nominations in the context of the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013, Ukrainian Real Estate Club awarded Convention and exhibition center «Parkovy» as innovator of the year.
The participants of the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013 ceremony were leading real estate players of Ukraine: executives of development, contracting and investment companies, banks, management companies and law firms.
Among the members of the jury were Andrian Salter, General Manager at MEP Engineering, Victor Zotov, Chief architect at Zotov and Co., Vitaliy Boyko, Managing Partner at UTG, Dmitriy Sennichenko, General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle Ukraine, Nick Cotton, Managing Director at DTZ Ukraine, Olga Sokol, General Director at Chapman Taylor, Radomir Tsurkan, Managing Partner at CB Richard Ellis, Sergei Tselovalnik, Chief Architect in Kiev and Terry Pickard, Chairman of the board at NAI Pickard.
The auditor of the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013 was experts of Ernst & Young.
