Volume of construction in Ukraine decreased by one third

According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine in the period January – May construction companies of Ukraine have reduced volume of construction work by 31.2% comparing to the same period of the previous year. Development of commercial property is reduced by 24,1%, development of residential property – by 31%. Volume of construction of engineering structures dropped by 38,5%.

Consequently construction companies of Ukraine have fulfilled as little as 25,7% of the total volume of required consturction works in the country.
