On 13 December 2013 the branch organization URE Club will hold its first Real Estate Awards – the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013. Best players of the market will be nominated in the office, retail and hotel property segments as well as in the field of architecture, construction, property management, consulting and legal support.
The branch organization Ukrainian Real Estate Club would like to inform you that the last month of the year, when everybody summarizes the year’s results in all business areas, the real estate players will select best of the best – the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013 winners.
The awards will be split into 4 segments - office, retail, hotel and residential. In addition, in the course of the ceremony the real estate experts will determine the best companies in the field of development, construction, design and consulting. Besides, they will select the best legal company supporting real estate players.
Sergey Gaydaychuk, President of Ukrainian Real Estate Club comments: «We are sure that it’s time for project which will cover the whole Ukrainian property market and predetermine the high level of professionalism, which will aspire all participants of the segment for the next year. We hope the Ukrainian Property Awards 2013 will be not only an award but a model for the companies working on the Ukrainian property market, a reason to be proud for the winners and to be progressive for the rest. This task is complicated enough – both to determine the best and to consolidate the real estate players, but it’s worth it ».
