URE Club has grandiose plans in 2017! URE Club's main directions of activities in this year will be:
- development of international activity: club will continue to develop and strengthen new contacts with international companies, organize business trips for Ukrainian companies to search for new business partners and investors, and also we will organize Ukrainian stand at the international exhibition MIPIM 2017 for the first time;
- implementation of the anticorruption practices that involves holding of the thematic round tables and further involvement of the real estate market's participants in signing of the Memorandum in opposition to corruption;
- conduction of the unique for the Ukrainian real estate market independent professional awards: the award REALists for the journalists in the real estate sphere, II Award for the best sales department of the housing complexes, III EEA Project Awards 2017.
In addition to this URE Club's Legal Committee will continue to work, 6 meetings are already planned for 2017.
International activity of the URE Club will spread to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in 2017, URE Club will begin cooperation with companies from the UAE, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Moldova, Belarus, Poland and others.
We will create relevant committee that will deal with the development of the "green" technologies and energy efficiency in Ukraine. In the framework of the committee performance, conferences and round tables with the participation of the foreign experts will be held. To the URE Club's members we will present 3 large-scale analytical researches of the real estate market, dedicated to the most current problems of its development.
URE Club is a professional real estate organization aimed to consolidate local and foreign experts and decision makers with global mission to drive Ukrainian real estate market and improve its investment attractiveness and perception by international real estate players.
