The next business tour of Ukrainian Real Estate Club was held April 22 to 26 and there took place a series of business meetings between players of the Ukrainian real estate market and the Portuguese real estate developers, investors and retailers. In addition, the participants of the tour visited the most ambitious and successfully realized retail facilities in Portugal. Business tour, organized by the URE Club was held with the support of GFive Development.
At this time, the aim of the URE Club business tour became acquaintance with the possibilities of cooperation between Portuguese investors and retailers with the Ukrainian developers, as well as to familiarize the players of the local market with the new, not yet implemented in Ukraine, retail formats.
During the tour participants conducted a series of official meetings with representatives of the international investment fund Imorendimento, the investment structure of Banif Investment Bank, the company GFive Development, as well as top officials of real estate companies that have implemented some of the most successful retail facilities in Portugal and Europe, - Chamartin Imobiliaria, Eiffage Immobilier and Sonae Sierra.
Ukrainian developers have met with such promising in Ukraine retail formats as retail parks (among them - Sintra Retail Park, Barreiro Retail Planet), shopping centres complex (Multi Complex Alfragide), Outlet Centre (Freeport Outlet) shopping centres of new generation (Colombo Shopping Mall, Dolce Vita Tejo, Vasco Da Gama Shopping Centre, Algarve Shopping Centre and Cascai Shopping).
An important event at the business tour has become a business meeting with the representatives of Portugal's largest retail chains. Among the companies that expressed their interest to the Ukrainian market were the company that sells a variety of household goods Espaso Casa, an international brand with stylish shoes Seaside, a brand of men's clothing Giovanni Galli, international trading and manufacturing company W52Jeans, manufacturers and sellers of various bedding Colunex, brand Parfois and others.
