The professional organization Ukrainian Real Estate Club announces the business trip to USA is postponed and will be held from May 17th through 24th. Such changes will not influence the tour programme – all earlier planned meetings and real estate objects tours in Chicago and New York will take place in accordance with new schedule.
Taking into account changing situation in Ukraine, Ukrainian Real Estate Club had to reschedule business tour from April to May. However all agreements with host companies, partners and participants of the tour are valid subject to new dates.
The main goal of this new URE Club business tour is to learn about the main peculiarities of professional approach to development and attraction of investments in projects on the real estate market of USA. Delegates of the tour will visit the most successful and interesting real estate objects in New York and Chicago as well as get practical experience and knowledge in the area of American style development, management and redevelopment.
In New York the participants of the tour will visit Trump Tower, 1 World Trade Center, Chelsea Modern and High Line (example of redevelopment of former New York Central Railroad as an aerial greenway), Hudson Yards (new high-rise buildings in Lower Manhattan), as well as American Dream shopping mall in New Jersey.
Objects in Chicago – Trump Tower Chicago (building with the highest residential apartments after Burj Khalifa in Dubai), Harper Court Chicago and Willis Tower (the world's largest solar power tower being), Fashion Outlets (shopping mall) and Village Center (shopping mall).
Currently the group is consisted of 11 real estate players to visit New York and Chicago. You can join the group up to March 7th.
