Ukrainian Real Estate Club would like to present its work plan for 2013 to participants of the Ukrainian real estate market! As usual the activity of the branch organization, first of all, will be aimed at consolidation of the real estate players, open dialogue between them, encouragement of the structural development as well as promotion of the Ukrainian real estate market image amongst the largest international companies and investment funds.
In 2013 URE Club will organize more than 25 official events among which will be new and unique formats and the most interesting meetings of the real estate players. In addition, there will be 6-8 business breakfasts on the most actual topics for the segment. The URE Club Legal Committee is also going to hold regular meetings and sessions.
As in 2012, this year URE Club is going to organize original business tours, which neither company holds today. This time, the branch organization will hold business trips to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the USA and England. The goals of such trips will be an experience interchange between development, managing and consulting companies as well as between representatives of the investment funds and project bureaus.

It’s worth underlining the last event in the list — at the end of the year URE Club will hold its first branch award The First Ukrainian Real Estate Awards — the event, which can’t be missed by any professional real estate player of Ukraine.
The participants of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club events, as usual, will be the leading companies of the segment: developers, designers, general contracting, managing and consulting companies, law firms and other companies of the market.
