Carrying out the final part of EURO 2012 in Ukraine requires from participants of hospitality sector in the shortest time to expand quality hotel infrastructure. Under the circumstances and without the active partnership between business and government structural shift in market development is objectively impossible.
With a view to promote dialogue, Ukrainian Real Estate Club, combining professional participants of the real estate market, conducting an unprecedented event: the representatives of the executive branch to meet with developers and investors of hotel projects and discuss the possibility of an effective joint preparation of the hotel sector in the Euro-2012.
At the roundtable, which will be held on June 8 in the hotel Premier Palace will discuss the following questions:
• Initiative, benefits and guarantees of governance that aimed at the development of hotel infrastructure in the cities hosting Euro-2012.
• Factors that determine the interest of the international hotel operators to the market.
• Expectations of investors during realization of the projects of hotel real estate.
• Opportunities and challenges in the implementation of hotel projects by local and international developers.
• Financing of the hotel projects by banks.
• The expediency of converting other development projects in the hotel.
The round table will be visited by representatives of legislative and executive authorities, local and international developers, investors, representatives of international hotel operators in Ukraine, the leading consulting and legal companies.
