Ukrainian Real Estate Club will hold a meeting with leading law firms in Ukraine

On August, 17th Ukrainian Real Estate Club will hold a business breakfast on legal issues: «The regulation of the real estate market: current legal issues». Representatives of the leading law companies will highlight issues relating to changes in the legislation that is governing the real estate market of Ukraine:
• Changes in land legislation.
• Terms of the simultaneous alienation of land from the property.
• The problems of state registration of rights to property.
• A new system of permits for construction.
• Future legislation: urban development and tax codes.

To disclose the above questions will attend representatives of law firms, as DLA Piper, KPD Consulting, Salans.

Event will be moderated by Vladislav Kysil, a partner of law company KPD Consulting, a member of the Organizing Committee of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club.

As a part of the business-lunch participants of Ukrainian Real Estate Club will also be able to get acquainted with the concept of the Legal Committee within the structure of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club: the tasks set before the Committee, membership, form and strategy activities. «Bringing together key players in the real estate market to improve the regulatory and legal framework - is an urgent need, which has repeatedly expressed by members of Ukrainian Real Estate Club.
