From 1 to 5 of October 2010 was realized a business tour of Ukrainian Real Estate Club to United Arab Emirates. The purpose of a business tour was to establish cooperation between the two countries: UAE and Ukraine. During the visit representatives of the Ukrainian real estate companies have visited the most iconic and successful projects of commercial and residential real estate projects under implementation, met with the top management of leading development companies in the UAE, and also visited the exhibition Cityscape Global 2010.
Among the projects visited by the Ukrainian delegation, it should be noted:
• Residential district Jumeirah Beach Residence, one of the first residential luxury projects, implemented by Dubai Properties Group.
• Residential district Dubai Marina.
• The world's largest shopping and entertainment centre Dubai Mall, implemented by Emaar.
• One of the first successful retail projects in Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall shopping centre, implemented by Nakheel in 2005.
• Residential districts Green Community MotorCity and Uptown MotorCity, implemented by the Union Properties on the concept of a residential neighbourhood in the heart of the desert of Dubai.
• Business Centre of Dubai Business Bay that is on the implementation stage, developed by Dubai Properties Group.
• The world's tallest building Burj Khalifa, a project delivered by Emaar.
• Artificial group of islands - one of the most ambitious projects of Nakheel, realizing today 4 of the artificial islands in Dubai.
As part of a business tour Ukrainian delegation visited the exhibition Cityscape Global 2010 that have got acquainted with new projects of the Eastern region, Europe and America, and participated in major international investment promotion: Investors Round Table, CEO Networking Lunch and Cityscape Global Cocktail Party.
As a result of visit by the representatives of Ukrainian real estate companies have the necessary business contacts, new ideas to implement in real estate projects in Ukraine, as well as open opportunities to attract investment from the Eastern region.
