Ukrainian Real Estate Club held a roundtable with representatives of the authorities

With the upcoming championship Euro-2012 the hopes of the hotel market participants to restore interest in the hospitality industry of Ukraine. To promote the active development of hotel real estate market will help close work with members of the executive and legislative branches. In order to create an open dialogue and develop a joint program Ukrainian Real Estate Club held another formal event on the theme: «Effective collaboration between business and government in the development of the hotel sector».

Speeches of the speakers were focused on the expectations of investors in projects in the field of hotel real estate, the problems in their implementation, financing hotel projects by banks. Representatives from international operators characterized the determinants of interest in an international network to the market, as well as problems inhibited entrance of international operators to Ukraine. The authorities have told about the situation in the development of the hotel segment, as well as initiatives and incentives to develop the hotel sector from the Kiev government.

The event, held at the Premier Palace Hotel, gathered about 150 people - representatives of executive authorities, international and domestic hotel operators, investors and developers.
