Energy performance of buildings and modern approaches in MEP systems management as well as practical use of new technologies in commercial property will be the main topics of the second session of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013, which will take place of 12 September at the BC INCOM. In addition, the participants will discuss innovative approaches in marketing and property design. The organizer of the conference, dedicated to the innovations in development, is the branch organization URE Club.
According to experts, operating expenses during several years after some buildings commissioning may even exceed capital investment into object construction. And only energy efficient solutions at the stage of construction may change the situation and help to reduce further operating expenses and make the object more profitable for the proprietary.
Besides the issues of the energy efficiency the participants of the conference will discuss modern approaches in building services management. Ventilation system will be under special attention of the experts in the course of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013. As experts believe, most problems connected with building services are caused by projecting and functioning of ventilation system, particularly in office buildings where a great number of officers work.
Also among the topics of the conference – new technologies which are able not only to save project money and reduce operating expenses, but also increase profit of the object for a proprietary. So, experts will share their experience in the sphere of strategic development of the retail and business centers as well as service and technology provision, contributing to the successful operation of the modern commercial objects.
The UREC Innovation Conference 2013 will consist of three sessions: «New construction», «New technologies» and «New marketing». The main aim of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013 will be not only discussion of the innovative solutions but also research of cases for practical use of innovative solutions in development on the Ukrainian property market.
