Implementation of new technologies on practice and energy efficient solutions for construction of A class business center under Ukrainian property market conditions will be one of the main topics of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013. The conference dedicated to the growing points of the innovations in development, will take place on September 12th in BC INCOM.
The event will be held by the branch organization URE Club.
In the context of increased competition in the office segment of the Ukrainian property market the main criteria of the modern class A business centers cease to be declarative and become the regulation for developers.
The foreign projects’ experience tells that new technologies and energy efficient solutions used in many modern objects play the most important role in the development of A class projects. Gradually, tendencies to reduction of energy expenditures and MEP systems automatization are more typical for Ukraine as well.
Participants of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013 – conference, dedicated to the growing points of innovations in development – will discuss practical cases of the class A business centers realization as well as give recommendations on development of new office objects with intention to improve the quality of future constructions.
Also among the main topics of the conference – implication of silent technologies in construction, new architectural concepts increasing attractiveness of the property objects, energy efficiency, secret of successful commercial objects promotion, efficient management of engineering systems and many others.
The UREC Innovation Conference 2013 will consist of 3 sessions: «New construction», «New technologies» and «New Marketing». The main aim of the UREC Innovation Conference 2013 this year will be not only the discussion of the innovative solutions but also search of new points of practical application of new solutions in the field of development on the Ukrainian real estate market.
