The branch organization URE Club announces its real estate award – Ukrainian Property Awards 2013.
The Award Ceremony will take place on December 13th, 2013 at the concert hall Oasis. Jury will choose best projects in retail, hotel, office and residential property segments. This time best retail center will be selected in two nominations – Large scale shopping mall and medium shopping mall. Business center of the year will be chose in two categories – class A and class B. The competition to be the best residential complex will have two nominations – Premium class and Economy class.
The best project 2013 as well as best consulting and development companies will be determined by voting of the participants of the UREC Real Estate Summit 2013, which will take place on December 10 at the President Hotel.
