The 4th meeting of Ukrainian Real Estate Club took place in the hotel «Premier Palace» on July 10

Ukrainian Real Estate Club, as usually, in spite of holiday season joined the leading players of real estate market and representatives from city authorities at the private Club meeting.

About 40 people of Kyiv business elite participated in the meeting – members and guests of the Club. At the meeting were present top-managers and owners of such companies as: “Tiko-Construction”, DTZ Ukraine, DLA Piper in Ukraine, Chapman Taylor, DECPM Group, Midland Group, UkrBudContract, Plaza Centers, Alacor, Adama Ukraine, “SBK”, Representative Office of HSBC Bank plc in Ukraine, 1849 plc, Investment-Construction company “Pagoda - Invest”, BNP Paribas, Clifford Chance, Akron Group, InterGalBud, “Vasil’ Kisil and partners”, Ink-Ukraine, Retail Center “Piramida”, Vercon Development, Immorent and others.
Sergey Gaydaychuk, the executive director and the head of Club’s Organizing Committee opened the meeting with the update about current work and perspective business-club development in Ukraine and on international market.

The moderator of the meeting was Dominic Menu, the Head of BNP Paribas Representative Office in Ukraine, vice-president of French business-club and the member of Ukrainian Real Estate Club Supervisory Board.
The members of Club organizing committee invited to give a talk Max Alier, Resident Representative of IMF in Ukraine, Amir Ekron, General director of Adama Ukraine company, Sergey Bronevitskiy, acting the Head of Main Office of City Planning, Architecture and Design of Kiev State Administration and the member of Club Supervisory Board and Igor Dalitchuk, the chairman of “SBK” company Supervisory Board.

Amir Ekron in his presentation told about the Adama company activity and the peculiarities of doing business with local partners in Ukraine. Also he explained why foreign developers and investors came to Ukraine, how they see the Ukrainian market and economy nowadays, what it is necessary to do to increase the flow of the direct foreign investment into Ukrainian Real Estate in the future.
Sergey Bronevitskiy spoke about new amendments to Kiev Construction Rules and the system of construction permits documentation.
The Club guest of honor, the Resident Representative of IMF in Ukraine – Max Alier talked about the economy of Ukraine from the point of view of international investors and about perspectives of possible financing of real estate projects.

The chairman of “SBK” company Supervisory Board – Igor Dalitchuk told about recent construction and launch of the most powerful brick producing factory in Kyiv region, realized by “SBK” company and about new hi-tech production of construction materials.
Speakers’ presentations were followed by the cocktail party, where in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere club members could spend time in pleasant talks with colleagues from the industry and business networking.
