The 1st Annual EuropaProperty NEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum

The inaugural EuropaProperty NEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum is the only event of its kind covering the North Eastern European region with a focus on Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

URE Club's representatives will participate in the NEE Real Estate Awards Gala and Forum. It is  a great chance to establish new contacts, develop international presence and cooperation. The event will take place in Minsk on April 27th -28th.

The commercial real estate sector in NEE is expanding with many new international retailers, office occupiers and industrial end-users entering Belarus and the region. Local and international developers and investors have been delivering projects, and creating an extensive pipeline, especially in Belarus, which now has many opportunities. Companies from Western and Central Europe as well as from Russia, China and the GCC are keen to learn more about these interesting and exciting markets.

The first annual Europaproperty NEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum is the only event of its kind covering the North Eastern European region. The event brings together some of the most active international and local developers, bankers, investors, lawyers and other CRE professionals operating in the region.

The process of deciding between the nominations for the award categories is carried out by an independent jury. The members of the jury are all experienced real estate professionals, and are from every sector of the commercial real estate and retail industries in the region.

The jury meets to finalize and vote on a short list, from all nominations received. The short list is announced one month before the event. The finalists who are short listed, have their entries scrutinized and the jury then vote to decide the winners, on the night before the gala at a jury dinner held at the hotel.

EuropaProperty expects the Gala to be attended by more than 250 industry professionals from major companies operating in the North Eastern European commercial real estate, investment and construction industries.

The 1st and thereafter annual, EuropaProperty NEE Real Estate Awards Gala for 2014 will be held at the Crowne Plaza Minsk Hotel, Belarus on 27th March 2015. On the day following the gala we invite everybody to take part in a city investment/development tour of Minsk.
