Results of Real Estate CEO Conference 2015

The annual conference for the executives of the real estate companies Real Estate CEO Conference 2015 gathered professionals and experts of the development and investment business, bankers and top managers of Ukrainian and international financial organizations. The event took place on March 31^st at Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv.  The Conference was organized by URE Club and Confederation of the Constructors of Ukraine.

The event was opened by Aleksander Rotov, member of the SB of URE Club and Lev Partskhaladze, First Deputy Chairman of Kiev Regional State Administration. Elena Ivanova, Head of projects of UNDP was the first speaker of the Conference.

The opening remarks were devoted to the possibilities for the construction companies while restoring Donbas’s infrastructure, as well as to new legislative initiatives and reforms on the level of Kiev city and Kiev region.

Among the speakers of the first session on the potential and capabilities of the market were:

• Elena Dmitrieva, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Ukrgasbank,
• Andrei Brinzilo, Head of Real Estate Financing, UniCredit Bank,
• Taras Kachka, President, ACC in Ukraine,
• Telman Abassov, President, FIABCI in Ukraine,
• Nick Cotton, Managing Director, DTZ Ukraine.

The second session was held under the slogan “Solution always exists: practical decisions from real estate players”. Speakers of the session told about their experience how to recover and thrive in crisis:
