On October 28th the regular meeting of the Ukrainian Real Estate Club passed successfully
The format of the business club meeting this time was a little bit different from business environment of previous ones with speech panels, urgent discussions and company presentations. This time the Organizing committee invited the representatives of the real estate business community to VIP party in Bottega picture gallery. In his welcoming speech Sergey Gaydaychuk, the Head of UREC Organizing committee introduced 6 new members who joined the Club in October. Among them are representatives of such companies as Status Development, Institute of City Civil Engineering, Budinvest SM, V&L Group, Rustler Real Estate Service, Novye Zodchie Company, Gardiner & Theobald. "Taking into account all difficulties of work in a new economic environment the growing number of the Club members can be considered as positive tendency. Nowadays the effective business communications and possibility of personal contact are the most efficient for business development", Sergey stated.
The guests of the meeting enjoyed the wonderful exhibit of Valeria Trubina's works. Mrs. Trubina personally presented her works noting the understanding and interest of Ukrainian audience to the modern art. The nice atmosphere of the meeting was filled up with selected Italian and French wine tasting.
The guests appreciated a new format of the event. Undoubtedly all guest discussed business questions, made new acquaintances, exchanged news and opinion. Though this informal atmosphere as our dear guests have admitted, helped forward the efficient and nice communication. The Organizing committee offered prospects of VIP parties in nearest future. Though there are business events of conference and discussion panel format in the Club's schedule. As it was announced by Sergey Gaydaychuk the number of events in a new format for Ukrainian market is scheduled for next year.
