New URE Club business tour: how development companies of USA attract investments in their real estate projects

Main aspects of the professional approach to development and attraction of investments in the real estate projects in USA will be the main aim of the new URE Club business tour which is going to be held from May 17th through the 24th, 2014. The participants of the business trip will visit the most successful and interesting real estate objects of New York and Chicago as well as get experience in American way of doing business in the field of development, management and redevelopment.


In the course of the planned business meetings with world famous companies such as Durst Organization, Related Company, Trump Organization, Simon Properties, Bucksbaum Retail Properties the participants of the trip will learn about specific companies’ principals to attract investments in the projects of commercial and residential real estate, high performance building technologies as well as successful eco projects in the context of big cities. Another activity of the tour will be an interchange of experience in professional property management. The participants of the tour will have the chance to meet with representatives of Macy's Inc. — owner and management company of more than 800 department stores in USA as well as visit main stores of New York among which are Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman and others. In Chicago the delegates will visit Fashion Outlet and learn more about WE Talisman Company's principals of property management.


One of the most important aspects of real estate industry in USA is non-government initiatives and cooperation between government and companies working in the market. During the meetings with Real Estate Board of New York and World Business Chicago (professional non-profit organization, developing relationships between city administration and commercial sector) the participants will learn how such cooperation works on practice.
