URE Club announces the increased number of events planned for September 2014. The month will bring press conference, issue-related round table, football challenge, as well as legal committee. Besides, at the end of September URE Club will hold a business tour to the USA.
Traditionally the fall is the best time for business events of different formats. So we have planned to hold a series of meetings with real estate players.
On September 10th (Wednesday) URE Club together with consulting company City Development Solutions will hold a press conference on dwelling house purchase loan on primary and secondary house markets in Kiev, as well as on situation in the sphere of cooperation between banks and development companies. Issue-related press conferences of URE Club have gained a reputation of professional communication platforms with efficient information support and coverage of the most up-to-date topics of the industry. The event will be held with information support of real estate search service LUN.ua.
On September 20th (Saturday) URE Club will held a traditional informal event for it members and partners - IV URE Club Football Challenge. The event will take place in the unique club village Riviera Villa (Vyshgorod City) and will include football competition and outdoor family rest.
On September 23rd (Tuesday) URE Club together with United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine will hold a panel discussion on organization of accessible urban environment and universal design. Today social aspect of the universal design is getting to be more important in development of new real estate objects and urban environment in general.
On September 26th (Friday) the lawyers and real estate experts can attend the URE Club Legal Committee and discuss new legislative initiatives able to influence the evolvement of the Ukrainian real estate market.
At the end of the month, on September 27th the Ukrainian delegation will visit the real estate markets of New York, Chicago and Miami. The main aim of this business tour is to learn about new trends and approaches applied by American development companies to attract investment in their real estate projects.
