Efficiency and actuality of the existing office classification will be the main issue for discussion during a business breakfast, which are going to be held by the branch organization URE Club. The discussion between real estate players acting in the office segment will take place on May 22nd in the lounge café Landish (16, Gorkogo St.) at 8.45 a.m.
The main aim of the URE Club business breakfast will be a search for answer: «What should be changed in the existing classification system and what basis should new system include? »
Besides actuality of the existing office classification system, the experts will discuss how to control the category correspondence to the level of the operating business centers and those which are going to be opened in Ukraine. Real estate players will state strengths and weaknesses of the used categorization as well as the moments which don’t hold water.
In addition the experts will talk about the current overall situation in the office property segment. Among the questions relating to this subjects are the following: can this segment reach a balance between demand and supply? What is their structure today? As well as – will rental rates change in the office property segment in the nearest future?
Business breakfast on the topic «Business centers classification and situation in the office property segment» will take place on May 22nd (Wednesday) in the Lounge café Landish (16, Gorkogo St.) from 8.45 a.m. till 11.00 a.m.
