The large conference dedicated to innovations in property development of Ukraine – UREC Innovation Conference 2013 will take place on September 12th in Kiev. The conference will be held by the branch organization Ukrainian Real Estate Club. Among the topics of the conference are innovations in construction and architecture of commercial objects as well as new technologies in development and marketing.
The main topic of the conference will be growing points of innovations in property development, as well as new technologies, able to increase efficiency of business development and help to attract investments.
The conference will consist of three sessions on different topics. In the course of the first part of the event the participants will discuss questions related to new solutions in architecture and construction in terms of price effectiveness. Experts will answer the following questions: how to save money on the construction stage not to go break at the following ones? What construction technologies may increase attractiveness of the commercial objects?
The second part of the conference will be dedicated to new technologies in property objects. Experts will discuss the necessity to work out integrated technological solutions for objects in different segments, increase of the business centre profitability due to implementation of IT-solutions and new technologies as one of additional profit for proprietaries.
In conclusion of the UREC Innovations Conference 2013 the experts will discuss new marketing in property objects. Speakers of the third session will reveal secrets of successful promotion of commercial property, research and analysis of the customers, navigation in retail centres, creation of successful strategy of retail property object development and many others.
The UREC Innovation Conference 2013 will take place on September 12nd in BC «INCOM» (Solomenska St., 31-33). Start time of the event – 13.00.
