Homeland Estate Company (Kiev) has signed an exclusive agreement with Zhytlobud for sale of office premises in a new office building (36, Shorsa St.). The building will be put into operation in the second quarter of 2013.

According to the agreement, Homeland Estate is a unique company entitled to sale office and commercial premises of the 10-storey building with a total area of 25 6635 sqm and underground parking for 80 cars.

«There aren’t so many modern buildings in the city business center where office spaces are offered just for sale. Office sale isn’t a classical approach in the commercial real estate. But in the market there is a demand on the part of companies and individuals who wish to purchase office space for capitalization, or are considering the office purchase as an investment for income from lease in the future» - George Yasinsky, Managing Partner of Homeland Estate notes the main peculiarities of work with an object.

We would like to remind that on March Homeland Estate closed a lease deal of the office premise at 14-a, Bazhana Ave. (Kiev) with a total area of 2114 sqm, presenting the proprietary’s interests.

Background
