On December 20th the branch organization on the real estate market URE Club together with CEO Club Ukraine held a final event of the passing year, Gala Dinner 2012 — the evening for partners, colleagues and friends! The guests of the event gathered in a comfortable hall of the museum of cultural treasures of Ukraine.
Gala Dinner which has already become a traditional annual event was held in the atmosphere of friendly and informal communication, professional discussion and assessment of the situation on the real estate market within last 12 months. There was a separate section at the event dedicated to the experts’ opinions about the year 2012 in terms of the Ukrainian real estate market. During this talk segment the speakers and participants of both organizations had an opportunity to express their opinions on the development of various sectors, their problems and prospects.
Generally guests of Gala Dinner 2012 have assessed positively the passing year defining certain changes for the better and constructive development of the professional relations among the companies which constitute the infrastructure of the sector. The experts believe that regular official events organized by URE Club also played an important role for this.
Live jazz and lounge music of the evening favoured the communication of its participants in friendly and informal atmosphere.
Within final event Ukrainian Real Estate Club awarded honorary diplomas to the representatives of the companies which had joined the branch organization and become its actual members in 2013. The organizers of the event expressed special thanks to its permanent partners which had supported the URE Club activity during the whole passing year.
Due to companies which hold an active position on the real estate market the Ukrainian Real Estate Club activity will continue to consolidate the players of the sector and to develop the communications on the market in 2013. URE Club has already planned 25 events for the next year – both formal and informal like Gala Dinner 2012.
