Ukrainian real estate market recovery after the crisis, the impact on the market of a Euro 2012 championship, and political situation in the country were main topics of discussion at the annual event of Ukrainian Real Estate Club CEO Networking Dinner that was held on February 21st in the «President Hotel».
During the meeting discussions were held at nine round tables: banks, investment, office, retail, hotels and residential real estate segments, legal, construction, and «green» building. At each table were discussed a specific for a market segment topics, but almost no one managed to escape the general economic and political situation in the country.
An important factor that influence on the events in the Ukrainian real estate market has become football championship Euro-2012. According to experts, such an event has given push by the development of hotel business, improve the infrastructure of the country and promote a positive image of Ukraine abroad. The last factor may influence in future to attract new foreign investments in the country, which will allow improving the situation in all segments of the real estate market in Ukraine.
CEO Networking Dinner was attended by executives from leading industry companies, real estate experts, bank institutions and law firms. CEO Networking Dinner aim is to consolidate the actions of top management of leading companies in Ukrainian real estate market to find optimal solutions for the further development of all its segments in the process of open dialogue.
