In September lease agreement was signed with the largest national chain of children's entertainment complexes «Igroland», each of them offering a variety of amusement for preschool age children, as well as for all juniors and seniors. Thus far, seven operating «Igroland» complexes are located in Kyiv, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava and Kharkiv. The first «Igroland» complex in Lviv will be located on the 3-rd floor of the shopping center and will occupy an area of about 1,500 sq m.
Earlier DTZ helped to secure lease agreements with 8 «MTI» brands, which will occupy an area of 1,200 sq m, as well as the anchor tenant of the project - supermarket "Amstor”, which will also become the first supermarket of this chain in the western Ukraine and Lviv in particular. The electronics and home appliances store “Comfy” will become another anchor tenant of the forthcoming Forum Lviv Shopping centre. In addition, such brands as Brocard, Carlo Pazolini, Kira Plastinina, 4 LPP brands and Luxoptika, have already joined the tenants of the shopping gallery this year.
The 69,000 sq m shopping and entertainment centre, located on Pod Dubom Street in central Lviv, is scheduled to open during the first half of 2014. Multi Development Ukraine is the developer of the project. DTZ has been appointed to represent their interests as a co-exclusive consultant and leasing agent for the Forum Lviv project.
