URE Club, a real estate industry association, invites the players of the Ukrainian real estate market to join the association in 2013-2014 and make real impact on the consolidation, further strengthening and development of the industry. URE Club, which will celebrate the fifth anniversary of its professional activities in 2013, is open for development and investment companies, as well as related sector players.
URE Club has become a truly professional communication platform in the B2B-segment of the Ukrainian real estate market, bringing together the owners and managers of the industry’s leading companies. URE Club’s activities have enabled the discussion of the most topical issues related to the real estate market and finding optimum solutions for all of its segments.
Twenty-six events of entirely different formats will be organized in 2013-2014 for the participants of URE Club, such as CEO Networking Dinner round table talks, office, retail and residential real estate forums, conferences on innovations in the area of development and general contract services, as well as UREC Real Estate Summit and many others. The first Ukrainian prize of URE Club in the real estate area, The First Ukrainian Property Awards, is scheduled for the end of 2013, and the preparations are now underway.
The leading industry stakeholders and highly professional specialists in the area of development, finance, law, management and construction have invariably participated in URE Club events. Considering that two events are held monthly on average, URE Club offers to its members an opportunity to stay in the focus of events in the professional real estate segment.
As noted by Sergey Gaydaychuk, President, Ukrainian Real Estate Club: «We are doing our best to facilitate the development of Ukrainian real estate market, taking concerted efforts to this end with all players involved. However, consolidation is not our only objective; we also aim at providing the state-of-the-art information to the participants of URE Club. We want to be useful for the real estate market as a whole and each of our members in particular».
In course of strengthening its information activities in the current year, URE Club started publishing its own specialized edition for Â2Â-segment, Real Estate Development, which will become an information platform for all market participants in future. In addition to that, some new areas of activities will be implemented. In particular, the international department will be set up under the Steering Committee of URE Club for the coverage of the Ukrainian real estate market development in foreign specialized and business media.
