I Conference on Real Estate and Construction

Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) would like to invite you to attend the I Conference on Real Estate and Construction which will be held on 22 March 2013 at the conference hall of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kiev, Ukraine (Kyiv, 33 Velyka Zhytomyrska Street).

This is the first and unique large-scale event on real estate and construction organized by the UBA. More than 100 lawyers, judges, public officers, shareholders and managers of companies specializing in real estate and construction will join together to discuss burning issues of the real estate market in Ukraine.

The conference is aimed at building up a fruitful dialog between regulators and practitioners who advise clients on the most complicated issues of real estate and construction, facilitating discussion between key market players and providing perfect networking opportunities for the participants.

The conference programme is designed to include a great number of burning issues of real estate and construction market in Ukraine, opportunities and prospects of its development, peculiarities of legislation and by-laws as well as interesting case study and recent court practice.

According to event results every participant will have an opportunity to get a Certificate which entitle to gain points in accordance with the Procedure of the lawyers’ professional development approved by the High qualification commission of advocates.
