Ukrainian development company GEOS announced their new residential project in Budapest. The new residential complex is named ERKEL Residences coinciding with the name of the street it is located on. It is one of the central districts of the city Ferencvárosi, which encompasses cultural, historical, architectural and touristic attractions of the city.
ERKEL Residences is a 9-storey building with inside yard and terraces on the last floors. The building offers one-, two- and
three-bedroom apartments and high-end large apartments. The firsts two floor of the building is consisted of commercial spaces such as cafes and gym, as well as parking for 79 cars.
As of today price for sqm in the project, which is under consturction is $ 2500.
Developer believes that project might be interesting not only for Hugarians but also for Ukrainians and other nationalities. First of all, for the reason that Budapest is one of the most popular resort and touristic cities. New housing supply here is on a low level though, especially in the city cente, where we see high density of architectural masterpieces. Secondly, the purchasing procedure itself in Budapest is very simple and transparent. Other than that, when one buy property, residence permit is an addition in Hungary.
Interestingly, in spite of the fact that building is located in the heart of the city center, the company didn’t face any conflicts neither with public nor activists, which is quite common in Ukraine.
Moreover, chief architect and and residents of the city supported the new project online - on the web page of the Budapest City Administration.
