URE Club (Ukrainian Real Estate Club) presents report on results of the I half of 2016. During the period the company held 17 local and international events and attracted 25 new leading real estate companies as members.
The largest event held by URE Club in the first half year was Forum for Shopping Malls and Retailers - NEWCOMERS. Moreover, the company hosted several conferences on residential real estate, round-table discussions with local authorities, the first annual real estate journalism awards, informal thematic meetings and legal committees.
Totally URE Club events in January-June recieved 767 attendees from the largest Ukrainian cities, as well as other countries such as USA, Great Britain, Greece, Germany, Poland, France, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Belarus, Turkey and Israel.
URE Club members on a regular basis take part in the events held by the URE Club strategic partner EuropaProperty.com in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
URE Club members and team work to influence Ukrainian legislation regulation of the industry by means of specialized URE Club Legal Committee. For instance, members of the Committee together with policy makers made amandments and recommendations to the law on "Commercial apartment buildings and council houses" and submitted them to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. April 2016, the Case study was presented by Oleg Boichuk, co-Chairman of URE Club Legal Committee and managing partner of EPAP at the II GR Forum.
In the II half of 2016, besides thematic mini cinferences nad practical meetings, URE Club is going to organize at least two local tours to Odessa and Kharkiv, as well as two internationl tours to Warsaw and Bucharest. And, of course together with Europaproperty.com we are preparing for the largest in Ukraine international real estate event - EEA Real Estate Forum and Project Awards 2016.
