Ukrainian Real Estate Club held meeting between real estate companies and mass media

On April 29, at the restaurant «April», Ukrainian Real Estate Club held meeting between leading real estate companies and mass media. The topic was: «Improving of the investment climate in the country. Activity of the international real estate developers in the Ukrainian real estate market». The meeting was attended by such companies as ISTIL Group, Dragon Capital, Amstar Europe, K.A.N. Development, DTZ. Among the media representatives were specialized business and national media: Building, Property Times, PROMETR, Delovaya Stolitsa, Delo, Invest Gazeta, Expert Ukraine, Galitski contracti, UNIAN inform agency, Interfax inform agency, Ukrainian News inform agency etc.
Representatives of development and consulting companies reported up to date and accurate information about the development plans of companies in 2010, their vision of the real estate market as a whole, as well as analyzed and identified the major factors in changes of investment attractiveness of the property market.
