Starting from September 21 URE Club and Europaproperty.com opens the registration for EEA Real Estate and Project Awards.
The annual professional Awards hosted by URE Club together with EuropaProperty.com is supported by the methodological partner EY and is held for the second time in a row.
The Property Awards cover real estate markets of Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova. The winners will be announced in festive atmosphere November 24 in Kyiv during celebration and gala dinner.
Comparing to 2015, this year organizers and EY offer more nominations in two categories - the Project Awards category and the Professional Awards category.
The Project Awards category is presented by 9 nominations:
The projects eligible for the Project Awards category should have at least one phase completed in 2015/16. Except nominations such as Grand Opening of the Year and Renovation of the Year. These projects must have been fully commissioned no earlier than 2016.
The Professional Awards is presented by 7 nominations:
The applications for the Professional Awards category can be submitted by any company which run the business at least in one of the countries within EEA region, mainly in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus or Ukraine. Besides, the companies involved in the projects, which were earlier nominated for the Project Awards, will be also nominated for the Professional Awards category.
The jury panel, which will cast their vote for the best of the best, is composed of the top professionals and experts with no country bias but with significant expertise in real estate.
Apart from the expertise of the jury panel, organizing committee will hold an opinion polls among the clients of nominated Consulting companies, Architectural bureaus and Law Firms for corresponding nominations.
