Dmitry Gavrylenko headed the JLL office in Kiev

JLL announces a new appointment in the regional top management. Dmitry Gavrylenko has joined the company as Head of JLL Ukraine office.

Dmitry is a highly qualified expert and has a vast experience in investments and corporate finance, real estate, business & sales strategy development as well as project management.

He started his career at KPMG in Kiev where he was involved in a number of commercial and financial due diligence processes. From 2006-2009 he worked in Concorde Capital, one of the leading Ukrainian investment banks, and left the company as Vice President. In 2009, together with his partners, Dmitry founded Phoenix Capital investment company providing a full scope of brokerage and financial services to the local and international financial markets. Dmitry’s portfolio consists of more than 15 transactions of total volume of $500m including IPO, private placements, and M&A.

He graduated from International relations institute of Taras Shevchenko Kiev national university with master degrees in International finance and International civil law.
