Professional real estate organization Ukrainian Real Estate Club is happy to present its working plan for 2015. The upcoming year will bring more than 30 thematic events among which are official summit and forum, themathic business breakfasts, round-table meetings, legal committees and informal events for real estate players. Besides, UREC members will have an opportunity to participate in series of business events of new format like round-table meetings with authorities.
In 2015 URE Club will develop professional networking platform for Ukrainian real estate players,it will hold more than 30 events, as well as will present new opportunities for its members.
According to Olga Solovei, Director of Ukrainian Real Estate Club, «in 2015 URE Club will focus on professional issues during the events, which will involve leading experts of the real estate market and related segments. Besides, following our members' requests, we are going to develop new format of discussion - dialogues with authorities, round-table meetings with city officials and also active participants of the market. We believe that efficiency of our events will grow together with number of our members and new formats of cooperation between both local and foreign real estate players».
In particular, in 2015 URE Club will continue to hold popular so far business tours to foreign real estate markets. We invite you to join the UREC business tour to Turkey in April and to Northland countries in September.
Among the official meetings – traditional CEO Networking Dinner (March, 2015), Forum for owners and management companies of shopping centers (May, 2015), meeting with investors - Investor Challenge Round Table ( September, 2015) and IV Investment Real Estate Summit - annual real estate summit, which covers all segments of the market (November, 2015).
URE Club will also offer its members new ways for promotion and presentation of their company's position on the market through press conferences and thematic business breakfast on burning issues and emerging trends. One of the important lines of URE Club activity will be a growing media partnership with local and foreign media outlets and publishers.
Besides, in 2015 URE Club will put out new issues of the D.Real Estate Development magazine. So, URE Club members will have a unique opportunity to use this resource to their advantage in full.
