How to attract investments by professional management and innovations? – two new topics for discussion at CEO Networking Dinner

In context of the unique event CEO Networking Dinner the branch organization URE Club will arrange two absolutely new thematic round tables. This year issues of innovation implementation in real estate as well as professional management of commercial object will be additional to the traditional topics for discussion.

The CEO Networking Dinner format is held by the branch organization URE Club every year. It will be the third event of 2013 which is going to take place on February 25th in the Premier Palace Hotel.

The participants of the «management» table discussion will try to answer the questions about professional management role in the increasing of the commercial property’s investment attractiveness, the readiness of the real estate players to transfer an object to the third party as well as about prospects of the professional management of the Ukrainian residential projects. Moreover, participants will have an opportunity to touch upon the issue of practical marketing as an instrument to attract buyers and to create an effective tenant mix in modern shopping malls.

Another new topic for discussion in context of CEO Networking Dinner will be the use of innovations in realization and operation of commercial property objects. At this round table the participants will discuss the nearest prospects of the real estate innovations wide use, implementation of the energy conservation methods as well as licensing system in this segment. One of the most important issues of the «innovation» round table also will be the growth of the objects’ investment attractiveness due to implementation of hi tech solutions.

This time in the course of CEO Networking Dinner the participants and moderators will focus on the practical cases from professional activity. Thus, the problem of the cost and payback of such technologies in the Ukrainian reality is a crucial issue in the innovation sphere.

It’s worth noting that the CEO Networking Dinner format is the roundtable meeting of the top managers and proprietaries of the Ukrainian real estate companies. There will be 10 round tables in 2013. Each of them will be dedicated to the certain topic: office, residential, hospital and retail real estate, Ukrainian investment market, professional management, banking sector, construction segment, implementation of innovations as well as legal aspect on the real estate market.
