Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi's DCH Group on gained control over the chain of trade and entertainment centers "Karavan"

International law firm DLA Piper acted as legal advisor to DCH Group of Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi in the transaction as a result of which DCH gained full control over the chain of trading and entertainment centers "Karavan" via acquisition of stakes from the partners (with completion on 21 October 2016).

The DLA Piper team comprising attorneys of Kyiv and London offices provided DCH Group with full legal support from execution of all transactional documents up to completion.  

Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova, Senior Associate (Corporate Law and M&A) acted as the lead lawyer on the transaction. Margarita Karpenko, Partner (Corporate Law and M&A) supervised the work on the project. English law support was done by Polly Owen, Partner of DLA Piper London Office.

"Karavan" is one of the first chains of trading and entertainment centers in Ukraine with more than 10 years of history that combines specialized trading facilities in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk designed for shopping, entertainment and leisure. The total area of the trading and entertainment centers is almost 250,000 square meters.
