You can still apply for the participation in the EEA Real Estate Project Awards, hosted by Ukrainian Real Estate Club & EuropaProperty.
Over 10 years EuropaProperty has been conducting such awards in the European countries. It is the first time the event of such a scale takes place in Ukraine.
Participation in the Award is one of the effective ways to promote both residential and commercial real estate objects. It is especially relevant for the projects which are still at their early stages of implementation and are not well known to the investors.
The applications for the Award may be submitted by developers of retail, office, hotel and residential real estate projects from Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
You can apply for participation in the Award totally free of charge. Over 20 projects representing these countries have already been applied for nominations.
Among the nominees for residential real estate Award are 5 projects in Kyiv submitted by K.A.N. Development, such as Comfort Town, Park City, Tatris Hall, Central Park and Diamond Hill.
There are also projects to compete in retail segment are several large-scale shopping mall due to open by the end of 2015-2016. Among them are Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall in Kyiv, GagarInn Plaza mall in Odessa. A new project of the market is also nominated – Ocean Mall (Kyiv) together with its already built neighbor – Ocean Plaza.

The Award Ceremony will take place during the Gala Dinner of the EEA Real Estate Forum & Projects Awards, November 26, 2015 at the Fairmont Grand Hotel, Kyiv.
The best projects will be selected by the international jury, represented by the owners and top managers of European real estate, consulting, investment, management and legal companies.
Nominees:
- The best office real estate project of the year
- The best retail real estate project of the year
- The best residential real estate project of the year
- The best hotel real estate project of the year
- The best project in the EEA (Eastern Europe and Asia) region
Moreover, special nominees from organizers and partners of the Award will be presented.
Voting for the nominated projects will take place on November 25, within dinner for jury members.
The EEA forum will take place on November 26, representing 4 discussion panels covering investment and business attractiveness of Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
After the final session of the forum the participants will have a unique opportunity to have a face-to face communication with experts of the specific market in the framework of Deal Making Session. It is an excellent opportunity to make new business contacts.
The winners will be awarded during Gala-dinner on November 26.
