- New procedure of registration for real estate - the implementation of anti-raider law.
- The management of apartment houses ( associations of co-owners of apartments of the condominium, "their" management companies, etc.).
- The code of practice of the Supreme Court of Ukraine in the matter of real estate for the year 2016.
